COMMUNICATE
Building the digital-first, regulation-ready enterprise
A one day proprietary conference for 150 senior executives and practitioners from insurance, banking, utilities and government. The event wrapped up with networking drinks following a full programme that included client case studies, analyst briefings, panel debates, thought-provoking roundtable discussions and a highly memorable keynote speech on staying compliant with regulations in Formula 1.
The Venue
An enhanced experience versus the usual exhibition halls, the location was ideal for out-of-town delegates, and with the high production value from a professional performing arts team covering sound, lighting and stage management, the digital content captured allowed the event to be shared with those not able to be in the room.
Our Speakers
In this fireside chat with CNBC journalist Nadine Dereza, former Deputy Team Principal of Williams F1, Claire Williams, compared learnings from the fast-paced arena of F1 to corporate challenges in CX transformation and customer communications, including: driving cultural and operational change; building resilient, high-performing teams; leading with clarity when the pace of change is relentless and navigating evolving regulations while still pushing for excellence.
Our Entertainment
Attendees were invited to join the Mail Metrics team at the bar for drinks and canapes, mixing with speakers, clients, partners and the executive team. The conversations followed in the days that followed and in many cases, formed the basis of new commercial opportunities.
Interactive Moments
Chaired by both company and client representatives, delegates debated the journey from regulatory obligation to strategic advantage in their respective industries. These interactive sessions were documented by a member of the events team so that the various findings by turned into a series of valuable insights post event.
